Just as the Minsk water supply system is bursting at the seams, there are gaping holes in the Lukashenko regime. Arrests, fines, and intimidation have failed to contain the protest. And even under the total ban, people find the courage to hang flags, take to the streets and launch fireworks.
In response, propaganda is breeding stories of conspiracy against the authorities, one more unlikely than the other, demonstrating corrosion of common sense.
